Edit/update: I completely forgot one of my main points. Power Girl is KNOWN for her huge boobs. There is a running gag going on with her increasing bust size. It was said that the previous artist would keep drawing her boobs bigger just to see if the editors would tell him to stop. They never did. Hehe. I guess the artist that picked her up recently is keeping with the trend. Also, she is even harassed in the comic series by various members of the male cast, and occasionally the female because of her "assets". Why are any of these 'devoted Power Girl fans' surprised that she got knocked up a notch yet again?

I don't know why I feel that I need to torture myself with reading peoples comments, but I do. So... Anyway. I'm looking at 's version of Power Girl, [link] and I see I comment I find amusing:

"My three favorite heroines, Power Girl and her breasts!"

Me being me, I had to do some research on this "Power Girl" and her sidekicks. Well, first off, I now have some fan art to do, but thats not what this journal is about. It's about all the whining and bitching that is the result of the size of her chest. Appearently a crapton of people, who probably aren't artists mind you, feel they are all the experts on female physique, which is obviously wrong seeing as they feel that this girl [link] would somehow snap in two with boobs that size. Not only that, but they all are going on about how grotesquely disproportioned she is. Note: This is a DC comic. Just about everyone's proportions are out there!

Some genius went on to rant on about how not aerodynamic she'd be while flying. SUPERMAN'S SHOULDERS ARE AS WIDE ACROSS AS A ^%@#%^& CAR!! No one is complaining about him. Frequently he can be seen with biceps wider than his waist. No one argues that his spine couldn't hold up to the massive amounts of pressure he puts on it regularly. God forbid this girl (with powers on par with Superman) have boobs the size cantaloupes [link] . And you just know how impossible those are to carry. <---- sarcasm.

And then we have Batman [link] who isn't even super, but I won't get into that.

They also continue to make the comment that this guy has never seen boobs based on this drawing. I'm wondering how many of them see boobs squashed into spandex outfits with a cleavage window cut into the top? Never mind that this is a fictional universe with people that can fly and shoot lazers out of their eyes, to name just a couple.

The comments from the women are just plain funny. I wonder if they realize that not all women are boob experts. Many of them couldn't tell one... nevermind. Not getting into that. Ug! People!

Someone argue with me please!
